Taking The Miki, Wonderful To Fly, Little Darling, In The Spotlight and Sovrana will contest the title of Three-Year-Old Filly of the Year.

The outcome of the Two-Year-Old Colt or Gelding of the Year will be decided between Never Ending, Valedictorian, Skylord, Crowd Control and Rocket City.

Two-Year-Old Filly of the Year will be decided between Cabsav, Flametree and Zephyra.

Four powerful trotters will battle it out for Trotter of the Year, with Tricky Ric, Majestic Dream, Beefour Bacardi and Patched listed as nominees.

Young Achiever of the Year will be a close call with all drivers having admirable seasons. Emily Suvaljko will look to defend her title against Kyle Symington, Hayden Hancock and Emily Johnson.

Racing and Wagering Western Australia Chief Racing Officer David Hunter said all nominees had contributed to a successful harness racing season in WA.

“It is fantastic to have witnessed so many outstanding performances during the 2022 season, particularly in the feature races,” David said.
