The Gold Rush is the grand finale of The Pinnacles Racing Carnival, offering racegoers a spectacular way to celebrate racing in the state. Who could forget the 2023 edition, where legendary jockey Damien Oliver won on Munhamek in what would be his final race ride – a fitting Hollywood ending.

The Race: The highlight of the day is the Group 3 $1.5 million Gold Rush.
Hospitality: Racing enthusiasts can join the ultimate tipping competition in the TABtouch Punters Club or get into the Christmas spirit with Ascot’s Biggest Christmas Party.
Entertainment and Activities: Beyond the exciting races, attendees can enjoy live music, entertainment, and various activities throughout the day. A live band will perform after the last race, allowing guests to continue the festivities.
