Industry update: Racing calendar amendments

Racing WA has worked closely with the teams at Pinjarra Race Club, Bunbury Turf Club, Northam Race Club and Perth Racing to maintain continuity in the racing calendar over the past several weeks.

These collaborative efforts have ensured minimal disruption to the Western Australian thoroughbred racing program while Belmont Park has been out of action. We extend our sincere thanks to all clubs involved for their support, flexibility and commitment to the racing industry during this period.

Racing at Belmont is scheduled to resume on Saturday, 26 July, subject to approval from Racing WA stewards and jockeys following trials scheduled for Monday, 21 July.

To help manage the workload, Perth Racing will conduct Saturday meetings only at Belmont through to Wednesday, 13 August.
