Cannington in Perth plays host to this unique event which kicks off the first leg of The Western Trilogy on the Thursday night.
The chase for riches is the most exciting greyhound race in the state and consists of eight slot holders who have negotiated deals with Australia's fastest dogs to compete for $600,000 over the 520m distance.
