How to Win:

1. Earn Tokens:

   • Each team earns one (1) token per event attended.
   • For example, a team of four (4) attending the first event will earn four (4) tokens.
   • The maximum number of tokens a team can accumulate is 24 (a team of eight (8) attending all three events).
   • All tokens are placed in a barrel with the draw taking place at the Grand Finale Race Day at Pinjarra Park on Saturday February 15.

2. Increase Your Chances:

   • While winning ultimately comes down to luck, accumulating more tokens increases your chances of winning the major prize.
   • Aim to attend all three events with as many members of your team as possible. Their attendance could earn you the winning token.

Teams have 14 days post sale to redeem their vouchers. All transactions take place between RWWA and Magic Millions upon receiving the teams completed voucher form after the Grand Finale.

The competition heats up as teams face off in weekly challenges with fantastic prizes up for grabs. Think Own The Dream is just about events? Think again! Teams will receive exciting challenges to complete before each event.

Throughout Own The Dream, teams will participate in mini challenges with amazing rewards. Here’s what’s in store for 2025:

Week 1: Name a Racehorse 

Experience the thrill of naming a racehorse! In this challenge, your team will name three yearlings on parade at the Stable & Stud Tour. The most creative and clever names, inspired by the Sire and Dam’s names, will have the best chance of winning. The judges, who bred the yearlings themselves, will be tough critics. Only one prize per team, and the winning teams for each yearling will receive fantastic prizes.

Week 2: Design Racing Colours 

Unleash your creativity by designing racing colours! While syndicate horses may carry syndicate colours, owners with a majority share can use their own. Your team will create a set of racing colours based on a brief provided by the judges. The best designs will win a framed set, courtesy of Gannons.

Week 3: Pick 7 Punting Challenge

Test your betting skills in the Own The Dream Tipping Competition! Over three Saturdays, teams will place virtual $20 each way bets on runners, with one big $50 bet at each race meeting. Hosted by The Great Tip Off, the top tipster after three rounds will be crowned the winner.
